I joined TMF Argentina as a Tax Analyst in the accounting and tax department in January 2018.

I was promoted to...

I was promoted to Tax Supervisor in May 2020, and again to Accounting Manager in November of the same year. I left in May 2021 to try something else, but returned a year later as a Tax Coordinator.

I'm responsible for...

My responsibilities include tax advisory and consulting services for our clients. This new service, which was previously within compliance, is designed to increase advisory sales.

I returned to TMF because...

Colleagues reached out and asked me if I wanted to come back – clear evidence of how TMF Group invests in talent. I learnt a lot from leaving and then returning to the company.

My aspirations are...

I'd like to set up a full tax advisory and consulting department for Argentina and South Latin America. I need something to aim for; something I can see clearly in my mind. Whether I run or walk, I'm always moving forward.

I have developed my skills by...

I certainly developed my skills by working as an Accounting Manager. However, given that 90% of my professional and educational background is focused on tax, I am grateful for the opportunity to return to TMF Group and embrace my new challenge in tax advisory.

Best piece of career advice...

When I was an Accounting Manager, my boss used to tell me, 'don't get too upset when things go wrong,' which helped me to focus on finding solutions to clients' problems.

My colleagues have supported me...

They encouraged me to return to TMF Group. Senior colleagues took the time to talk to me about developing my career at the company. I would encourage everyone to work closely with senior TMF leaders and learn from them. Be open to every opportunity. Be ready to take the initiative when opportunities arise.

My biggest motivation is working with clients to solve their problems, making a difference every single day, and helping others with their career paths in the same way that I received support.
