Investing in our people
Our client service hinges on the quality and motivation of our people. We have therefore invested in their engagement and development and are continuously enhancing our talent management strategy. This includes building our succession pipeline, supporting career development by increasing internal promotions and expanding our training curriculum for TMF processes and services. By 31 December 2025, internal promotions to mid/senior positions were at 52% (2024: 53%). Some 87% of our employees (2024: 87%) have engaged in TMF Business Academy courses, with an average of 13 learning hours per participating employee (mandatory e-learning courses not included). Voluntary attrition is well contained at 14% (2024: 14%), even in a globally competitive talent environment. Colleague engagement remains strong at 71% (2024: 70%). In addition, TMF Group offices across the globe are often certified as being a ‘Great Place to Work’.
