I joined TMF Group...

My journey at TMF Group started in 2001 when I joined the company as an administrative officer in the Netherlands. It was an entry-level position. In 2002, I decided to return to Spain, my home country, and TMF Group offered me a role as an account manager in GEM. There were just a few of us in the Madrid office back then. Despite the hard work involved, it was a valuable learning experience with an entrepreneurial flavour. This path of personal growth paved the way for my current role.

I’m responsible for...

After spending several years as the country leader in Spain, I became the Head of Spain and Portugal (Iberia) in 2019. In October 2022, my role was extended to cover four countries, and I took on responsibility for leading our south-west European market.

I returned to TMF because...

I love my job! It's possible to be a mother and have a professional career at the same time. At TMF Group, I’ve had the opportunity to do both, and there have been no obstacles.

My aspirations are...

I would like to help other people, particularly women, realise their potential – and I hope to do this by applying my learning over the years at TMF Group. 

I have developed my skills by...

I am a people-driven professional. I have the ability to listen to others and help them fulfil their potential. Seeing our teams grow and develop is the most rewarding aspect of my role, and I have further honed my people skills throughout this process.

Who has been your key support?

It wasn't just one person who helped and inspired me on my journey to becoming who I am today; I have come across many people who have played a part in that.

Best piece of career advice...

If I had to choose one piece of advice, especially for women, it would be to never limit your potential. Believe in yourself, and always look for the best in yourself and others.

Everything requires effort to achieve goals on a personal or professional level. You have to give something to be able to succeed and thrive.
