We have placed client care at the top of our agenda and introduced senior client sponsorship roles and measures of local service quality. As a result, client responses to our surveys have doubled and we see a consistent and stable Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 55, significantly above our industry benchmark of 20. This has resulted in an improvement in our client attrition rate and inflow of new sales in 2025, which trend is continuing into 2026. Expanding our geographical footprint with existing clients is another significant growth opportunity.
